Squad rolls into Big Ten play against two Michigan foes

This week: Home vs. Michigan State at 2 p.m. Friday, Michigan at 1 p.m. Sunday and Vincennes at 7 p.m. Sunday

Last week: 2-0 against Arizona and Scottsdale Community College in Tucson, Ariz.

Look ahead: The matches against No. 44 Michigan State and No. 18 Michigan are the second and third of five home matches to open conference play for the Hoosiers (13-4, 1-0 Big Ten). Michigan’s lineup boasts No. 20 Evan King and No. 60 Jason Jung. The pair is also the country’s No. 18 doubles tandem.

They said it: “A number is just a number,” IU junior Stephen Vogl said. “It’s all about executing and we’re looking to execute at our best, and I think our best is better than their best.”
