Female reports lewd exposure

A 20-year-old female student reported an unknown male masturbating in a vehicle near Seventh and Campbell streets at about 4:52 p.m. Tuesday.

The male is described as white, heavy set, 40 to 45 years old and wearing a baseball cap and sunglasses, according to an IU Police Department report.

The man was reported to be in a tan sedan with a partial Indiana plate that read “In God We Trust 1292.”

Officers were unable to locate the vehicle, which was last seen traveling south on Jordan Avenue from Seventh Street.
