Authorities are investigating the death of person at a Purdue University residence hall.
The body was found Monday afternoon at Owen Hall on the West Lafayette campus. The Tippecanoe County coroner’s office was scheduled to perform an autopsy Tuesday to determine the cause of death.
University spokeswoman Jeanne Norberg said there does not appear to be a safety threat.
Officials declined to say whether it was a student.
