IT to hold training session\nDatabases are ideal tools for tracking large volumes of related information, and Microsoft Access is the most commonly used desktop database application in use today. The help session presented by Information Technology is intended for people with little or no experience using Access. The workshop will teach participants the basic Access features such as tables, queries, forms and reports. The event will be held at 5:30 p.m. tonight in the Information Commons in the Main Library. Lecture series presents 'Exile Shanghai'\nIndependent filmmaker, Ulrike Ottinger, will give an Horizons of Knowledge presentation of her film, "Exile Shanghai," a 275-minute documentary about the growth of a community founded by Sephardic Jews in the mid-19th century. The event is sponsored by the Department of Jewish Studies, the Institute for Jewish Culture and the Arts, The Department of Germanic Studies, the Institute of German Studies and the Department of Communication and Culture. The lecture will begin at 7 p.m. Tuesday in Fine Arts, Room 015.

Annual IT Career Fair to bring recruiters\nSponsored by Career Development Center and the Arts & Sciences Career Services, the Information Technologies Career Fair gives students the opportunity to talk to employers about IT-related career areas and the changing job market. Interview opportunities are also available for sophomores and juniors seeking IT internships.\nThe event will be held from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., Wednesday in Alumni Hall in the Indiana Memorial Union.
