Delta Sigma Theta sorority will hold a program entitled "Economic Warfare" from 7 to 9 p.m. today at Alumni Hall to discuss the recent debate of black reparations in the United States. \nThe program, which will include poetry and music, is part of the week long "Jabberwock 2003: Operation Code Red" events. \nGuest speakers include Dr. Conrad Worril, the national chairman of the National Black United Front and law professor Kevin Brown.
