Wisconsin said goodbye to three of its top players at the end of last season. Coach Jane Albright said losing those players prepared the current players because they knew those three would be gone.\n"There was an opportunity for playing time and sometimes those opportunities really inspire players to get ready in ways that coaches can't," Albright said.\nJunior center Emily Ashbaugh is the team's leading returning scorer. Ashbaugh posted 6.7 points a game last year, good for fourth on the team.\nThe Badgers finished last season with a conference record of 8-8, sharing fifth place in the Big Ten with IU and Ohio State.
