Despite winning 17 games last season the Wolverines did not go to post-season play, mainly because of its 6-10 conference record. This year, they return four starters.\nSenior forward Raina Goodlow returns after missing all but five games last year because of health complications. Also, senior center LeeAnn Bies returns after averaging 15.8 points one year ago. \n"It's going to be a dogfight in the Big Ten, this year, even more than last year," coach Sue Guevara said. "We have a strong frontline, that's our bread and butter."\nThe Wolverines welcome six freshmen to the team and are eager to get them playing time.\n"Freshman can have an impact," Guevara said.
