ALGIERS, Algeria - Alleged Islamic militants opened fire on a bus in Algeria, killing 11 people, the North African nation's official news service said. Ten others were wounded. The local bus in the city of Medea, about 45 miles southeast of the capital, Algiers, had pulled up to a stop Tuesday evening when armed attackers sprayed it with gunfire, the APS news agency said.
