Student stable after fall

A senior listed in critical condition after falling from a moving pick-up truck early Sunday morning, has been upgraded to stable condition Monday, a hospital spokeswoman said.\nMuddassir Ahmed Teli, 21, a resident of Ashton Center, fell from the back fender of a truck in the Ashton parking lot, police said. Police responded at 1:44 a.m. Sunday morning, finding Teli conscious, but bleeding. He was transported to Bloomington Hospital and placed into critical condition.\nTeli was upgraded Monday and moved into a regular medical care floor.\nFurther details could not be released, the hospital said.
