Reparations separate, not unite races

Years ago, when my ancestors landed in America, this new colony greeted them with poverty, mistreatment and mass unemployment. The vagrant Irish potato farmers crossing over into America were subject to American injustices: prejudice and discrimination. They had to labor hard to overcome looming poverty.\nAs a descendant today of a poor Irish farmer, I would like my compensation. \nWith a settlement of $500,000, my ancestors of several hundred years ago will have full retribution. In fact, I think all descendants of impoverished immigrant potato farmers should receive a one-time federal taxpayer gift of $500,000. This obligatory taxpayer gift will patch up all bad feelings. As Irish Americans, we can then be proud of our ancestors' entrance into America.\nLet's get real: reparation for slavery is not only ludicrous, it is downright racist. I support David Horowitz for standing up for common sense.
