The 10,114 hostile crowd members affected Indiana’s matchup with UC-Santa Barbara. Throughout the 90 minutes of missed passes and miscommunication, IU was unable to score a goal on eleven shots, losing 3-0 to the Gauchos.
The IU offense knew it would be tested Saturday night against an Ohio State team that had not allowed a point in two weeks. The test didn’t go too well.
The conversations in the bleachers, concourses and parking lots Saturday night all ended the same way: “That was so embarrassing.”
Streaking. The word alone evokes the finest emotions in even the most bashful of people. I feel no shame in saying that I love, adore and am quite fond of being naked. Any of my true friends will vouch for that.
The decision by the International Olympic Committee on Friday to choose Rio de Janeiro as the site of the 2016 Olympics – in spite of unprecedented pressure from the White House to choose Chicago – is a watershed event that marks the beginning of a new global political era where power is not concentrated in one or two nations but diluted among many different states.

I’ve been getting my act together – cutting the crap and finding my purpose. I’ve starting eating right, thinking right, speaking right and working out. I’ve got a life coach, a life plan and a journal. Watch out world; here I come.
Inside set out to find the freshest people on campus. Our criteria were simple: students of any age, in any discipline who turn our heads and energize our world. They aren’t necessarily at the top of their classes, and they aren’t all presidents of student organizations, but they’re looking forward and taking action. We found more innovators, risk-takers, and trendsetters than we could fit in the magazine (so check our Web site), but we narrowed down the list to eight people we think you should see.

IU Dining Services is, for the second year, serving apples grown only miles away from Bloomington. Inside tracked an apple from the orchard to your order.
We’re young. We’ve got love to mess around with, time to screw up, and money to lose. Right? We wish. Here’s how to get your life back.

These seniors know what it takes to have a fresh start at campus.
You may be almost homeless, but you don’t have to dress like a bum. Use these resources in the recession.
