Rowing season starts with photo finish

Competing against home team and favorite No. 16 Clemson, the Hoosiers managed to tie the Tigers for first place in the 1st Varsity 8 race with a time of 6:46.21 in a finish that had to go to video review to conclude that it was a dead heat finish.

Children's Therapy Center receives grant for spinal treatment

The Children’s Therapy Center at IU Health-Bloomington Hospital has a new way of rehabilitating patients with spinal cord injuries. The center was recently awarded a $6,800 Quality of Life grant from the Christopher and Dana Reeve Foundation, a nonprofit organization that aids in curing spinal injuries.

The debate about a piece of legislation that would introduce a statewide smoking ban to Indiana saw compromise just before spring break when the state senate passed a watered-down version of the bill exempting bars and casinos.

IU sends 4 divers to NCAA Championships after Zone C sweep

IU places 7th in Insperity Lady Jaguar Intercollegiate

Traveling to the city of the Masters for the PGA Tour, the IU women’s golf team ventured to Augusta, Ga., for the Insperity Lady Jaguar Intercollegiate.The squad placed seventh in the 54-hole stroke play event at Forest Hills Golf Club.
