Women's basketball improves to 4-0

With IU’s 80-53 victory against Central Arkansas on Monday night at Assembly Hall, the IU women’s basketball team improved to 4-0, its first 4-0 start since the 2006 season.

Herlinger commences music lecture series

Monday evening, IU’s Lilly Library came alive with the sounds of Gregorian chants and the words of Jan Herlinger. The library was host to Herlinger, a visiting lecturer who teaches music at Louisiana State University, as the inaugural installation of the lecture series “Musica est ars sive scientia.”

Robbery reported at city food mart

The Bloomington Police Department responded at 4 a.m. to the Circle S Food Mart  at 2110 N. Walnut St.  after a clerk reported that a black man pointed a silver revolver and demanded money.
