Hoosiers go winless against foe Kentucky

·

As the adage goes, a picture doesn’t always tell the whole story. Column: Three cheers for these athletes

·

At every basketball game, football game or athletic promotional event, there is something constant: the cheerleaders. The cheerleaders dressed in red and white — a staple at a school with no mascot — are now National Champions, as well. Indiana got its general back. No, not The General, but the Hoosiers’ floor general made his return Sunday. Junior guard Jordan Hulls had been marred by mistakes in IU’s three consecutive losses prior to the 73-54 victory against Penn State.

Good times continue to roll for roller derby club

The roller girls have come a long way from the squad that practiced in an Ellettsville, Ind., elementary school gym. After members suffered a broken nose and a broken toe in the first meet in Kalamazoo, Mich., years ago, the Bleeding Heartland girls are currently ranked No. 13 in their region.
