IU senior Dimitrije Tasic came into the weekend looking to excel and make a deep run in the tournament, and he did just that. Tasic advanced to the finals where he will play fellow senior Mark Kovacs from Purdue.

Men's soccer team's road struggles continue

Sophomore forward Andrew Oliver’s goal in the 43rd minute was not enough to bring home the win against Michigan. The Hoosiers fell 2-1 in heartbreaking fashion when Michigan’s TJ VanSlooten scored on a broken up Indiana defense in the 87th minute.

IU opens season with exhibition victory

Fans flocked to Assembly Hall Saturday night to see the emergence of the IU men’s basketball team’s freshmen class in the team’s first exhibition matchup against the University of Southern Indiana.

IU wins exhibition 83-68

After a struggling first half from the field and the free throw line, the IU men’s basketball team picked it up in the second half to pull away from the Southern Indiana Screaming Eagles, taking the exhibition victory 83-68 Saturday evening at Assembly Hall.

Volleyball travels to East Lansing

With both teams coming off losses to their rivals, only one team will be able to bounce back on Saturday when the IU volleyball team travels to East Lansing, Mich., where it will play No. 10 Michigan State.

Men's soccer heads to Ann Arbor on Saturday

This weekend IU will be pitted against Michigan in Ann Arbor, Mich. Indiana leads that series 14-2-1 all-time, and Michigan has yet to beat the Hoosiers on its own turf. The last time the two teams met, however, the Wolverines came out ahead of the then-No. 11 Hoosiers 2-1.

IU men's basketball starts season with exhibition against USI

Shortly after IU Coach Tom Crean and the men’s basketball team released Sept. 12 that the Hoosiers would face the University of Southern Indiana in the team’s first exhibition game of the 2013-14 season this Saturday at 7 p.m., USI lost its leading scorer until at least the middle of December.

Women's soccer to play at Purdue tonight

There will be more than just three points in the Big Ten on the line when the IU women’s soccer team (11-4-1, 4-4) travels to the Boilermaker Soccer Complex for a match against Purdue (8-7-1, 3-5) tonight.
