Hud Mellencamp, 19, Speck Mellencamp, 18, and Ty A. Smith, 19, face felony battery charges, according to a press release issued by the Bloomington Police Department. Smith is a freshmen wide receiver for the IU football team.

Naked man arrested for chasing cars in intersection

Bloomington police arrested a naked 19-year-old man early Saturday morning for chasing and yelling at motorists, later telling police he was high on LSD. He was arrested and charged with public nudity, resisting law enforcement and disorderly conduct, all misdemeanors.
