In the U.S., we teach girls to act in certain ways in public. “Don’t dress like a slut!” “Don’t go out late at night alone!” “Don’t get too drunk!” Very rarely do we hear parents reminding their sons to behave themselves when acting sexually towards someone else.

If a student can learn all of the material without coming to class, there is no reason to punish them for not attending class. It would be their decision on whether or not to soak up the lesson for that day.

Scott Reynolds said he always wanted to open a coffee shop. So he put his dream into action and opened Crumble Coffee and Bakery with co-owner Laura Noelle. Crumble Coffee and Bakery, which opened Sept. 25 at 1509 S. Piazza Drive on the east side of Bloomington, is focused on being both a great bakery and a great coffee shop, Reynolds said.
