A 17-year-old female reported the sex offense of forcible fondling to the IU Police Department at 11:31 p.m. Oct. 9.
IUPD Lt. Craig Munroe said the victim reported the offense happened two weeks prior on Sept. 26 at Collins Residence Hall.
The victim was visiting a friend, Munroe said.
