Prison guards face more battery charges CARLISLE, Ind. -- Two prison guards who were charged with beating a handcuffed prisoner have now been charged with attacking a second inmate. GARY -- Prosecutors filed criminal charges against two men Wednesday for their part in a gun battle that wounded a woman outside an elementary school. Eugene E.
