Indiana schools could lose millions

Indiana schools stand to lose more than $150 million in 2010 because of proposed caps on property taxes, with urban school districts being hit the hardest, leading Senate Democrats said Monday as they called for the state to make up for the shortfall.

'Art of Chocolate' event raises money for Options for Better Living

For about 200 people Sunday afternoon, enjoying chocolate treats also meant supporting Options for Better Living, a non-profit organization that helps people with disabilities lead more fulfilling lives. All proceeds from the "Art of Chocolate" event, which featured chocolate-laden tables from different local chefs, benefited the group.

Alpha Epsilon Pi, 1412 N. Jordan Ave., was kicked off campus Wednesday after the University found them in violation of its hazing policy.
