Maggwire.com is a Web site that catalogues hundreds of free magazine articles. The idea first started when Jian Chai, a University of Michigan graduate and Deutsche Bank employee, was working to create for magazines what the video and music industry already had – a  central online hub.

FORT WAYNE, Ind. — An Indiana State Excise Police initiative that uses underage customers to catch retailers selling alcohol to people under age 21 netted more than 370 violations across Indiana in only three months.

IU professor Elinor Ostrom became the first woman to win Nobel Memorial Prize in Economic Sciences on Monday. Ostrom was honored for her work in analyses of economic governance, or the way people exercise authority in economic systems.

On Saturday,local jazz pianist Craig Brenner, along with his band the Crawdads and several other friends, proved that at their “Dance to Live, Live to Love” benefit concert at the Bloomington Monroe County Convention Center supporting Bloomington’s Art of Mental Health Week. The band also celebrated the release of their new CD, “Live to Love.”
