Former Liberian president Amos Sawyer spoke Monday in the Moot Courtroom in the law school on United States foreign policy in West Africa. Sawyer's speech, hosted by the Black Law Student Association and the International Law Society, focused on U.S. foreign policy both before and after the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks.

NFL season picks and pans

In the few short years since its formation, Three Minute Mile has risen to prominence as a well-known Bloomington band. How does a college band that relies on original music not only survive in Bloomington, but often draw an even bigger crowd than the cover bands? Appeals filed in Knight suit

Last month Special Judge Cecile Blau said IU President Myles Brand had the authority to fire former men's basketball coach Bob Knight. She also said the plaintiffs, a group of 46 fans, may pursue their claim in court.
