Moving and storage options for students

The storage and moving of belongings are probably most prevalent in the minds of IU students around the end of the spring semester. But if you and the roommate from you-know-where just can’t get along, or you have to run an obstacle course just to get out the door, you might need to consider moving out or storing some of your belongings now.

Female suicide bomber hits Iraq pilgrims, kills 46

A female suicide bomber walking among Shiite pilgrims in Baghdad detonated an explosives belt Monday, killing at least 46 people and wounding more than 122, officials said. The bombing was the first major strike this year against pilgrims making their way to the city of Karbala to mark a holy day. It came as security officials warned of a possible increase in attacks by insurgents using new tactics to bypass bomb-detection methods.

Taking HIV awareness all the way

Early last week, in the science museum le Palais de la Decouverte, a 120-foot condom went on display. It’s a part of CondomFly, a world-traveling expedition to promote condom use in the prevention of HIV infections.
