Carrie Henneman Shaw sings at the Mathers Museum wednesday night during French Kiss--Music, Song, and Dance from 18th Century Paris. This vocal and instrumental ensemble was dedicated to the performance of music composed before 1800, presents their ArtsWeek 2012 concert: French Kiss. The program showcased chamber music of celebrated 18th century Parisian composers, French cantatas for soprano on the themes of love and loss, and dance from the court of Louis XIV presented by a fully costumed baroque dancer.
