I'm quickly trying to get an article in for tomorrow, but just minutes ago (7:33 p.m.) I spoke to Ernest Watford, Christian's father, who said the signed papers were sent in.
"I did (send them) about 20 or 30 minutes ago...20 minutes ago. That's confirmed"
