We're waiting for the postgame presser to start, so here are some final stats for you in the meantime:

-Jamie Braun came four assists shy of a triple-double, as she had 16 points, 11 boards and six assists. -There were whistles aplenty Friday night. The Hoosiers were called for 30 fouls, the Seminoles 19. Florida State went to the line 39 times, making 24 of them. That was six better than IU even attempted, as the Hoosiers were 10-of-18 from the line. The Hoosiers were called for as many fouls in the second half - 19 - and the Seminoles had all game. The Hoosiers had two players foul out - Amber Jackson and Whitney Thomas - and had two more players with two fouls and three players with three fouls. That is not good math, and I don't think either team should or will walk away happy with the officiating tonight. -Freshmen got tons of playing time tonight. Five of the six freshmen all played, Andrea McGuirt being the exception. In total, they played 108 minutes between the five of them, with Jori Davis and Haylie Linn sharing the top honors with 26. -Nashville, Ind., native Mara Freshour of Florida State led all scorers with 21 points on 5-of-7 shooting and 9-of-11 from the free-throw line. -Just one more observation and then I'm out: I said it during the game and I think it's worth noting that neither team really established any offensive rhythm, especially in the second half. Good defense was certainly a part of that, but there were stoppages in play so often for fouls and turnovers that neither team got into a flow. There were a combined 47 turnovers tonight, 25 of them by IU.

Be sure to check out Buckey's wrap in Monday's paper. Until then, stay warm. I'm gone.
