The Greater Bloomington Chamber of Commerce has announced the recipients of its 2026 Best Places to Work recognition, honoring local employers that are building strong workplaces and investing in their employees.
Best Places to Work recognizes the area’s best employers while providing participating organizations with valuable feedback from their employees. The recognition is open to Chamber member businesses with at least six full-time employees, or the equivalent, located in Monroe County. Honorees are determined through employer and employee surveys completed as part of the nomination process.

The Best Places to Work honorees will be recognized during the Chamber’s 111th Annual Meeting & Community Awards, presented by Old National Bank, on Wednesday, September 16, 2026, at the Bloomington Convention Center.
The Annual Meeting & Community Awards is the Chamber’s premier event, bringing together business and civic leaders for an evening of celebration, insight, and connection. The evening begins at 6:00 p.m. with a cocktail reception, followed by dinner at 6:30 p.m. and the program beginning at 7:00 p.m.
