The City thanks everyone who has adjusted a route, left a few minutes early, or become unexpectedly fluent in detours this summer. These projects are coordinated through the City’s Public Works and Engineering teams as part of the ongoing work required to maintain and improve Bloomington’s streets, utilities, and public infrastructure.
“We apologize for the disruption. Several important projects are happening, but that does not erase the frustration residents feel when their normal route changes again,” said Desiree DeMolina, Communications Director. “We encourage residents to use the City’s inRoads website as the best place to check current road impacts before they travel.”
