Marty Hawk, a Republican Monroe County council member, filed for re-election on Feb. 3.
Hawk represents District 3, which includes north and west areas of the county, including Ellettsville and Stinesville.
“I am grateful for the opportunity to have served the people of our community and look forward to doing so for 4 more years,” Hawk said in a press release Wednesday.
