FBI Indianapolis agents made four drug and firearm-related arrests Monday across several locations in connection with their raid of a unit at Maxwell Terrace Apartments in Bloomington.
Christine Bavender, FBI Indianapolis Public Affairs Officer, said in a statement to the Indiana Daily Student on Monday that two people were arrested at Maxwell Terrace and the other two arrests occurred at different residences in Bloomington. Of those arrested, three were men and one was a woman. All four had initial appearances in the Indiana Southern District Court on Monday in Indianapolis.
Kelsie Clayton, Southern District of Indiana Communications and Community Relations Officer, shared the identities of the individuals in a statement Wednesday. Jimmie Riddle, Charles Morrison and Diangelo Walker were charged with counts of possession with intent to distribute controlled substances and possession of a firearm by a previously convicted felon.
Chloe Sullivan was charged in a separate indictment with possession with intent to distribute 400 grams or more of a mixture or substance containing a detectable amount of fentanyl, possession with intent to distribute 50 grams or more of methamphetamine and possession with intent to distribute 500 grams or more of a mixture or substance containing a detectable amount of cocaine.
Bloomington Police Department officers were also on the scene at Maxwell Terrace Apartments on Monday to provide security support, BPD Captain Ryan Pedigo said.
Pictures of the incident provided to the IDS by Maxwell Terrace resident show several police cars, both marked and unmarked, stationed in the apartment complex parking lot Monday morning.
