Indiana men’s soccer released its 2024 spring schedule, according to an Indiana Athletics release Monday. The five-game slate features matchups against teams across the Midwest — three of which are rematches from the 2023 season.
The Hoosiers begin the spring season at 1 p.m. Feb. 24 against the University of Evansville at Bill Armstrong Stadium. Last season, Indiana defeated the Purple Aces 2-0 to improve its record to 22-0-2 over them since 1991.
Indiana’s next scheduled match is against Saint Louis University at 5 p.m March 2 at Grand Park Sports Complex in Westfield, Indiana. The two programs did not face each other last season, but they are two of the most storied programs in NCAA Division I history. Saint Louis holds the record for most national championships with 10 while Indiana sits in second with eight.
The Hoosiers will face the University of Kentucky in its third game of the spring. The Hoosiers faced the Wildcats in the fall, drawing 1-1 in Lexington. Kickoff will be at 6 p.m. April 6 at the Wendell & Vickie Bell Soccer Complex in Lexington, Kentucky.
Next, Indiana will host IUPUI at 7:30 p.m. April 12 at Bill Armstrong Stadium.
The Hoosiers last game of the season will be at 7:30 p.m. April 19 against the University of Notre Dame at Grand Park. The Hoosiers faced the Fighting Irish twice last season — once in the regular season and once in the NCAA Tournament quarterfinals. Both games ended 1-1 in regulation, but Notre Dame ultimately won the quarterfinal matchup on penalties to end Indiana’s season.
Admission is free for the two games at Bill Armstrong Stadium.
