Former Indiana wrestler Luke Sheridan to compete for USA National Team roster spot

Former Indiana wrestler Luke Sheridan is slated to compete in the True Third National Team Wrestle-offs on June 8 for a spot on the USA National Team roster. Sheridan wrestles as part of the U.S. Army World Class Athlete Program.

He will take on Hadyn Maley from Beaver Dam RTC in the 97-kg weight class of the Greco-Roman division of the competition. The match will be held at the Hulu Theater at Madison Square Garden in New York City, New York.

Sheridan currently serves as a soldier-athlete with the United States Army's WCAP. He will advance to compete as a part of the USA National Team if he wins his June 8 match.
