The Bloomington Police Department and Bloomington Fire Department are conducting training for the rest of this week around the area of 14th Street and Walnut Street, according to a tweet from BPD.
Smoke and abnormal noises may be seen and heard as a result of the training, according to the tweet, and an increase of emergency vehicles may be in the area.
