Craig Long , 33, was arrested March 3 for a felony for indecent exposure after being recognized by a woman who he had previously exposed himself to a few days earlier at T.J. Maxx, according to Bloomington Police Department Lt. John Kovach.

BPD received an email March 2 from an employee at a Bloomington Kroger about the man who was recognized in the store.

The email said the woman was shopping in a Bloomington Kroger on Feb. 26 when she noticed the man who had exposed himself to her in T.J. Maxx on Feb. 23. She reported the man to an employee. She told BPD she recognized his face and demeanor.

Long had already left the store, but police identified himbecause he used a Kroger card and was recorded on security  cameras..

Long denied the incident when contacted by BPD. The incident would normally be a misdemeanor, but Long had unrelated prior conviction that raised it to a felony, according to FindLaw.com.
