Devour Bloomington returns for two weeks

Devour Bloomington, an annual two-week long food festival, returned to Bloomington on Monday. Restaurants will offer exclusive dishes, drinks and discounts. 

The event is sponsored by the Indiana Restaurant and Lodging Association, a company that oversees more than 2,000 hotel and restaurant properties as well as industry-related service companies in Indiana.

Elise Shrock, director of operations for the Indiana Restaurant and Lodging Association, said each restaurant is given flexibility to present its longtime favorites or show off new meals.

“It’s a great way for restaurants to get creative and celebrate being part of Bloomington dining,” Shrock said.

This year, the menu will include special seasonal cocktails from Cardinal Spirits and Oliver Winery. The official cocktail of Devour Bloomington will be announced soon.

No coupons or tickets are necessary. Diners simply ask restaurants for their Devour menu.
