The IU Police Department received a report of rape at Collins LLC on Sunday.
IUPD Lt. Craig Munroe said the incident involved two IU students who were acquaintances before the incident. He said this case involves the issue of consent. When asked to elaborate further, he repeated the statement.
This report, unlike a separate alleged rape taking place just days ago,
“IUPD didn’t feel there was any threat to the public,” Munroe said.
The investigation is ongoing.
