A body found in the grass at the southeast corner of the intersection of Fee Lane and Highway 46 has been identified as 38-year-old Jeffrey Morrow, Lt. Andy Stephenson of the IU Police Department said.
An autopsy was conducted this morning and investigators are still awaiting a cause of death.
Stephenson said Morrow has no affiliation to IU.
The body was found by a passer-by early Tuesday morning. Morrow’s vehicle was parked nearby, Stephenson said.
Stephenson said that investigators believe Morrow was confused and disoriented prior to his death, but that he was not hit by another vehicle.
Stephenson said toxicology results could take between four to six weeks. Foul play is not suspected.
