Christopher S. Gutierrez, 29, of Martinsville was arrested Tuesday on preliminary charges of criminal trespassing, according to a Bloomington Police Department arrest report.
Gutierrez reportedly went to the IU Health Bloomington Hospital and requested a psychological evaluation. He was advised to instead go to Centerstone, a behavioral health care provider. Gutierrez didn’t leave the hospital and instead went to two different rooms to sleep, urinating in at least one of them.
After being told to leave, Gutierrez then went to the hospital’s emergency department lobby, where he was found sleeping. BPD was called and Gutierrez was arrested.
