A Bloomington man has pled not guilty to a charge of assisting a criminal, a class C felony, for taking part in a murder that happened sometime last year. The murder involved the killing two men whose remains were stored in steel drums. Luther Jackson, 28, pled not guilty at a pretrial hearing July 3. The trial date has not yet been set, according to the Monroe County Circuit Court office.
