A bronze bust of the late Gov. Frank O'Bannon sits in the atrium of the Statehouse after it was unveiled in Indianapolis, Monday, Feb. 13, 2006. O'Bannon died during his second term as governor in September 2003 after suffering a massive stroke. He had served 18 years in the state Senate, eight more as lieutenant governor, and won the first of his two terms as governor in 1996.
