It's 7 p.m. Another day filled with classes, responsibilities and appointments has passed and it's time for dinner. On top of all of this, the house is still a disaster from the party held the night before. Without access to transportation and ambition, these situations can become quite a dilemma. Enter www.Straight2yourdoor.com, a Web site created by two IU students that currently provides services to increase convenience.\nLast summer, seniors Jason Moldoff, an entrepreneurship major, and Seth Fishman, a finance major, began working on a new venture that would deliver various services to students low on time or wanting something different on the table for dinner. Both Florida residents, Fishman and Moldoff said they joined forces to create a resource for "students who can't get out of the dorm."\n"You have the guy who's good with the books and the guy who likes to take risks. We make a good team," Moldoff said of the two of them.\nWww.Straight2yourdoor.com offers two services to possible clients: food delivery and after-party cleaning.\nThose wanting to use the cleaning service will have to make a one-time online payment in addition to paying gratuity, Moldoff said.\n"The cleaning will be extensive and professional," Moldoff said. "I tried them myself without them knowing we were interested in contracting, and I was very pleased."\nThe second resource the company offers appeals to those without time or transportation. The group contracted with several local restaurants and will provide a food delivery service starting Jan. 21. Restaurants on the site include Mikado, Opie Taylor's, Truffles and Esan Thai. Customers will be able to place orders with a minimum of $8. Orders up to $12 have a $2.40 service charge. Any order more than $12 has a service charge of 20 percent of the total bill.\n"We are not unaffordable," Moldoff said. "But we are a \nluxury service." \nStudents can pay with a credit card online through a \nsecure system. \nSophomore Sarah Elliott said she would use the Web site's service even though she has access to a vehicle on campus.\n"I would definitely use the food delivery service, primarily for convenience even if there was a slightly larger price to pay," Elliot said. \nKathryn Connor, also a sophomore who serves as a floor president in the Willkie South tower, said she would also take advantage of the cleaning service. "Even if there was a cost involved, it would be a great tool after floor events," Connor said. "Cleaning up after your residents is one of the last things you want to worry about, so it would be very useful in that regard." \nThe future goals of the Florida-based company lie in one word: expanse. \n"Eventually, we would like to offer more services, but we also want to perfect the ones we offer," Moldoff said.\nHe added that he would appreciate any feedback, positive or negative. \n"We're very excited about this and are looking forward to further development"
