Second City comes to Alumni Hall\nChicago-based The Second City, one of the best-known improvisational comedy troupes in the United States, will perform at 9 p.m. tonight at the Indiana Memorial Union's Alumni Hall as part of Union Board's "Wednesday Night Live." The Second City was a starting ground for famous comedians such as Mike Myers, John Candy, Bill Murray, Tina Fey and Dan Aykroyd. Union Board brought the troupe in as an attempt to provide students with a good laugh amid the stress and chaos of impending finals. The event is free to all IU students, with a $10 charge for non-students.

Godzilla gets star on Walk of Fame\nLOS ANGELES -- Godzilla received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame Monday, 50 years after he stomped onto movie screens and hours before the premiere of his latest film, "Godzilla: Final Wars."\nProducer Shogo Tomiyama appeared at a ceremony outside Grauman's Chinese Theatre, where the 2,271st star is located.\n"I'm here representing Godzilla. Unfortunately, he cannot speak English," he said. "We're very excited he is being honored in America."\nOnscreen, the fire-breathing sea creature was spawned by nuclear weapons testing. He made his first appearance in Japanese theaters in November 1954 -- while the United States was conducting nuclear tests in the South Pacific.\nA version starring Raymond Burr made it to theaters in the United States two years later.
