The Student Alumni Association is holding a senior send-off party for all graduating seniors from 4 to 6 p.m. Thursday behind the DeVault Alumni Center. \nIUB Chancellor Sharon Brehm will begin the celebration with a tree dedication to the seniors at 4 p.m., followed by free food and music by Dave and Rae.
Group plans talk about gender issues
Gender Dialogue, a peer discussion and support group for students, IU staff, faculty and community members, will hold its meeting from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the LaCasa TV Room. The meeting will attack questions such as: "What is gender?" "What is the difference between gender and sex?" "Is there a third gender?" 3-on-3 basketball tourney scheduled for Saturday morning
A three-on-three faculty/staff/student basketball tournament is scheduled from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, May 3 at the Student Recreational Sports Center. Each team must consist of at least one faculty/staff member, and the division is open to male, female and co-ed teams.\nRecSports and the Health and Wellness Center is hosting the event. Annual regatta to raise money for March of Dimes
Alpha Phi Omega is hosting its 13th annual Rubber Duck Regatta on May 3 from 1 to 4 p.m. The regatta, which is a fundraising for the March of Dimes, will sell rubber ducks for $1 to race down the Jordan River.
