Time to bring criminals to justice for crimes

I echo the sentiments in the Sept. 13 New York Times editorial that President Bush must take the reins of leadership, and establish -- beyond simple words -- America's resolve. Although exact details remain concealed for national security reasons, all media outlets cite significant evidence to link multi-millionaire Saudi dissident Osama bin Laden to these tragic acts of war. \nTherefore, I -- as a fellow U.S. Citizen -- call upon the President to make good on his word to "make no distinction between the terrorists who committed these acts and those who harbored them," and go to Congress with the request of a declaration of war on those countries that provide haven for them. \nEvery major first-world, nation-state has pledged its condolences and support to the United States. Now is the time to mobilize this world response and bring justice before the international stage. As Arizona Sen. John McCain stated Sept. 12 in regard to the terrorists: "God may show you mercy. We will not"
