The IUPD reported the following activity:\nMarch 21\n• An employee reported a shattered window at Maxwell Hall. Estimated damage is $100.\nMarch 22\n• Freshman Aliso E. Derico, 19, resident of Forest Quad, was charged at Wright Quad with visiting a common nuisance and illegal consumption. She was transported to Monroe County Jail.\n• Freshman Terrel L. Roberts, 18, resident of Forest Quad, was charged at Wright Quad with visiting a common nuisance and illegal consumption. He was transported to Monroe County Jail.\n• Freshman John A. Ray, 19, resident of Ashton Center, was charged at Wright Quad with visiting a common nuisance and illegal consumption. He was transported to Monroe County Jail.\n• Freshman Patrick R. Jones, 19, resident of McNutt Quad, was charged at Wright Quad with visiting a common nuisance, possession of marijuana and illegal consumption. He was transported to Monroe County Jail.\n• Freshman Patrick D. Barnett, 19, resident of Wright Quad, was charged at Wright with maintaining a common nuisance, possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia and illegal consumption. He was transported to Monroe County Jail.\n• Senior Cara J. Ottenweller, 21, resident of Kinser Pike, was stopped at 13th Street and Woodlawn Avenue, where she was taken into custody and charged with operating while intoxicated. She was transported to Monroe County Jail. \n• Senior Vance J. Feutz, 23, resident of Amy Lane, was stopped at 13th Street and Park Avenue, where he was taken into custody and charged with public intoxication. He was transported to Monroe County Jail.\n• Sophomore Derrick S. Byers, 20, resident of Amy Lane, was stopped at 13th Street and Park Avenue, where he was taken into custody and charged with operating while intoxicated and illegal consumption. He was transported to Monroe County Jail. \n• Sophomore Marcus R. Messmer, 19, resident of Teter Quad, was cited at Teter for illegal consumption.\n• Freshman Evan A. Bell, 19, resident of Wright Quad, was cited at Teter Quad for illegal consumption.\n• Freshman Colin J. Manning, 19, resident of Teter Quad, was cited at Teter for illegal consumption.\n• Freshman Nathan Alis, 19, resident of Teter Quad, was cited at Teter for illegal consumption.\n• Freshman Abigail A. Rock, 19, resident of Teter Quad, was cited at Teter for illegal consumption.\n• Freshman Emily A. Knipstine, 19, resident of Teter Quad, was cited at Teter for illegal consumption.\n• Freshman David Rubinstein, 19, resident of McNutt Quad, was stopped at Ninth Street and Woodlawn Avenue, where he was taken into custody and charged with possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia, illegal consumption and public intoxication. He was transported to Monroe County Jail.\n• Nonstudent Damion D. Bruns, 23, resident of Richmond, Ind., was stopped at Second and High streets, where he was taken into custody and charged with operating while intoxicated. He was transported to Monroe County Jail.
