Student in hospital after fall from truck

A senior is in critical condition Monday after falling from a moving pick-up truck early Sunday morning, police and hospital spokespersons said.\nMuddassir Ahmed Teli, 21, a resident of Ashton Center, fell from the back fender of a truck in the Ashton parking lot, police said. Police responded at 1:44 a.m. Sunday morning, finding Teli conscious, but bleeding. He was transported to Bloomington Hospital where he is currently in critical care according to Donna Zagorski, Bloomington Hospital patient care director.\nFurther details could not be released, Zagorski said.\nThe IDS will continue to follow this story.
