ISU student dies after collapsing at football game\nTERRE HAUTE -- An Indiana State University sophomore who collapsed during Thursday night's ISU football game while working as a volunteer has died at an Indianapolis hospital.\nStephen Kennedy, 19, died Friday morning at Methodist Hospital after he was removed from life support.\nThe El Cajon, Calif., native was working as a volunteer athletic trainer during Thursday night's game against Eastern Illinois when he collapsed and was taken by ambulance to a Terre Haute hospital.\nHe never regained consciousness and was transported by helicopter to Methodist Hospital.\nISU spokeswoman Teresa Exline said Kennedy's death may have resulted from an aneurysm.\nDrunk Driving Charges Dropped\nMUNCIE -- A Delaware County judge has refused to reinstate drunken driving charges against a Muncie man because there were no witnesses who actually saw him driving drunk.\nPolice found Johnny Bilbrey, 43, wandering 50 feet from his crashed car last November and said he was "so drunk he couldn't walk without help." Bilbrey -- who had 10 prior drunken driving convictions -- was charged with driving after a lifetime suspension and driving while intoxicated.\nBut Delaware Circuit Court Judge Richard Dailey dismissed the felony charges in July, noting that there were no witnesses who could place Bilbrey behind the wheel of his car before the Nov. 4, 1999 crash.\nDuring that hearing, Bilbrey's 41-year-old sister, Teresa Bilbrey, testified that she had been driving her brother's pickup truck when it crashed. Police said she was not at the accident scene when they arrived.\nProsecutors maintained a jury should decide if Teresa Bilbrey's story was believable, and filed a motion asking Dailey to reconsider his ruling.
