Fight at Kilroy\'s on Kirkwood leads to arrests of 2 men\nTwo men were arrested for battery and public intoxication late Monday night at Kilroy's, 502 East Kirkwood Ave. \nPolice reported that two officers responded to a disturbance call from the bar. Police said the fight was started by one man who allegedly threw beer in the face of another patron. The man and his friend then struck the beer-covered man and two of his friends in the face, police reports said. \nJunior Jason Gilliland, 21, of 1215 North Jordan Avenue, was arrested and charged with battery and public intoxication. Gilliland was later released on $500 cash bail from the Monroe County Correctional Center. \nRyan Lively, 22, a Chesterfield, Mo., resident, was arrested and charged with battery and public intoxication. Lively was later released on a $500 cash bail from the Monroe County Correctional Center.\nMan arrested for resisting police investigating noise complaint\nA man was charged with resisting law enforcement and disorderly conduct late Monday night after police were called to 405 East 17th Street, police reports said.\nPolice said the owner of the house shut the door and fled into the house when officers questioned him about loud noise at the house. Police reports said the owner refused to cooperate and was verbally abusive.\nPolice said the owner was eventually handcuffed and taken into custody. \nMichael Wampler, 21, of 405 E. 17th St. was arrested and charged with resisting law enforcement and disorderly conduct. Wampler is being held at the Monroe County Correctional Center in lieu of a $500 cash bail.
