Fill the Gap: Summer Volunteer Opportunities at New Hope
Looking for a summer project? New Hope for Families is seeking additional volunteers for the summer months (June-August). Available roles include Early Learning Center Classroom Volunteer, Closing Volunteer, and Garden Volunteer.

Wylie House Museum Outdoor Garden Volunteer
Get outside this summer by helping tend the Wylie House Museum’s gorgeous gardens. The museum has a variety of native plants in addition to heirloom vegetables, herbs, and flowers. No experience is needed for volunteers and all materials are provided.

Beacon, INC. Hospitality Desk Volunteers
Are you looking to make a direct impact on the lives of the most vulnerable in your community?
Beacon, INC. is looking for volunteers to work a 2-hour shift at The Shalom Center’s Hospitality Desk. Shifts are available any day Monday through Friday. Volunteers will distribute guests' mail and messages, assist with distributing toiletries and life essentials, and register guests to take showers, do laundry, or to see a crisis caseworker.

Wish List Spotlight:
Youth Art Backpacks Wish List
Help Cancer Support Community of South Central Indiana provide Youth Art Backpack kits to children impacted by cancer by fulfilling a wish from the Youth Art Backpacks Wish List. Both children who have cancer themselves, and children who have a parent or family member with cancer may receive Youth Art Backpacks. Wish list items include coloring books, blank books for creative writing, notebook journals, wooden picture frames for painting, and much more.
