Man arrested for underage DUI\nPolice pulled over a vehicle early Sunday morning at 10th Street and College Park Avenue after the vehicle was seen moving erradically between both lanes, police said.\nThe driver, Jonathan Vogel, 18, of Read Center, was arrested for illegal consumption, possession of a false ID, and possession of illegal paraphrenelia. Vogel was then taken to the Monroe County Correctional Center where he was later released on his own recognizance, police said. \nPolice were dispatched early Wednesday morning to the Shell station at Third Sreet and College Park Avenue on a call of disturbance because of a domestic dispute between a man and a woman, police report.\nWomen arrested Wednesday in domestic dispute call\nThe officers reported that upon arriving the couple had left the scene. Police said witnesses stated that the man involved, after being struck by the woman, left the scene on foot. Police report the male then stated that they got into an argument and he left to avoid confrontation while the woman and her friend drove off.\nThe two women involved were stopped on Third Street minutes later, and officers found marijuana residue in a pipe in the woman's possession, police said.\nShannon Baker, 20, of the 5800 block of Waterstone Trace, was arrested in charge of illegal consumption and possession of illegal paraphrenelia, police said. Baker was taken to the Monroe County Correctional Center and released on a $250 bond.\nAngela Grotzinger, 19, of the 300 block of Varsity Ln, was arrested for illegal consumption. She was taken to the Monroe County Correctional Center and released on $250 bond.
